Hovercraft is a Land machine utilising it's low friction and lightweight base to move within a really high acceleration and suitable for drifting. Hovercraft is built on a low friction bases to maximise it's capability and instead of using ground locomotion, the hovercraft uses Aerial Propulsion like propeller or steam cannon.
