The Explosive Rocket is a self propelled weapon that will explode after a set time. It does not explode on contact, so it often delivers damage only through impact.
Normally, the rocket's flight is very unstable. However, placing two aerodynamic propellers on the sides of the rocket stabilizes its flight, so that its trajectory becomes straight. While a simple rocket is one of the most inaccurate ranged weapons, a stabilized rocket is one of the most accurate.
